Top Maid, LLC – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Top Maid, LLC. By scheduling, using, or engaging in our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Services Provided

Top Maid, LLC offers professional cleaning services including but not limited to:

Residential cleaning

Move-in/move-out cleanings

Short-term rental (Airbnb) cleanings

Services are provided based on the specific requests made during booking and may vary accordingly. All services are rendered with a commitment to professionalism and quality.


2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide access to the property at the scheduled time

Ensure all valuables and fragile items are stored securely

Notify Top Maid, LLC of any special cleaning instructions or delicate areas/items prior to service

Provide running water, electricity, and working light

If we are unable to access the property or complete services due to client-related obstacles, cancellation/rescheduling fees may apply.


3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must notify Top Maid, LLC of cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service total.


4. Property Damage & Liability Disclaimer

Top Maid, LLC takes great care while performing services. However, we are not liable for:

Normal wear and tear

Pre-existing damage

Improperly secured items

Items of monetary or sentimental value not disclosed or protected by the client

Damage caused by faulty fixtures or unsafe environments

Clients agree that any claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion, accompanied by photos and a written statement. We reserve the right to inspect and assess such claims before any resolution is considered.

Top Maid, LLC is not responsible for damage to property caused by products or equipment provided by the client.


5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours so we may attempt to resolve the issue promptly.


6. Privacy Policy

Top Maid, LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to:

Book and confirm services

Process payments

Communicate service-related updates

Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law or necessary to complete service-related tasks (e.g., third-party booking software or payment processors). All data is stored securely and used in accordance with applicable privacy laws.


7. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept [insert payment methods: e.g., credit/debit card, cash, Venmo, etc.]. Late payments may result in late fees or suspension of service.


8. Right to Refuse Service

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law provisions.


10. Changes to Terms

Top Maid, LLC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or provided in writing. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
